Whenever a Lamborghini Aventador leaves the company's Sant'Agata production facility, you can be assured that it'll be crazy.
Even the dullest Aventador painted in gloss black and fitted with silver wheels stands out more than most other supercars. But for customers looking for something even more eye-catching, the world of aftermarket Lamborghini tuning is the way to go and no one does it better (or worse...) than the Japanese.
Most are quite familiar with the work of Liberty Walk and its widebody kit for the Aventador. When done right, it looks incredible. When done wrong, it turns out like this.
This particular Aventador comes courtesy of EXE and features a Liberty Walk kit which in its own right, looks quite good. Even the purple paint isn't too over-the-top, harking back to the legendary Lamborghini Diablo.
Where things fall down after the bright purple wheels from Forgiato. Matching a black car with black wheels looks great. Hell, even a white car with white wheels can work. But matching a brightly-colored paint scheme with the wheels almost never works. Just look at this McLaren P1.
With a few tweaks, this Aventador is salvageable but as long as the owner enjoys it, who are we to complain? Unless we see it driving past of course.
